I would call and talk to mgr they are really accommodating.

Any place that doesn't let you is one i wouldn't be going back to. Im sure that's fine
I don't consider Seven an environment that would prohibit that. Always best to call in advance, though. Often places will help out with lighting candles/bringing it out after the meal.
