Weekdays, and specifically early mornings would be best to avoid crowds.
Time really wont matter as they offer a very clean waiting area and you can view others on the ziplines. It's a great place
It really does not matter what day. When you schedule your visit, there is only a certain amount of people for that time slot. You will see the previous group as they are leaving.
I been there on a Wednesday and at 11 am and it wasn't to many people..!!
