We often tell people to call the number on the back of their insurance card and ask for in network providers for outpatient mental health services and they should be able to help you find someone who is in network so that you can use your benefits. You could also reach out to a place called Mental Health Access Point at 513.558.8888. They can help you find some services too. They might be able to point you in the right direction.
