Why does the company screw its customers over so much. Dave and Jason in service are pure scum and you can get better cheaper service somewhere else. Do not go to these people. There all about money. There scammers. Dave and jason are horrible

I've never had a bad experience there.... I did have to push a little for them to do warranty work....

We've had great service and staff has always been courteous & professional. Service has always been above and beyond compared to other dealerships. Dealership fees are normally higher than privately owned repair shops. Sounds like they might have a couple bad apples in their shop who should be reported to management. By management, I mean front office.....not shop management.

Yea well try spending 3000 dollars a single father reparing everything on the car to find out the drain plugged was stripped and they lied and said they never did an oil change ive been going there a year. The engine was practically rebuilt by them. Horrible bussiness, i recommend no one goes there. There all about upselling and giving you poar quality service. Jason and dave are pure scum and liars. They treated me wrong spent 3k and they want 390 pore for oil pan. I have a chevy cruze with 100k miles. There scammers liars and unprofessional. Im posting to every website affiliated with jeff schmidt miamisburg and reported them to the bbb

i had a very good experience. it has been over a year ago, but they were efficient & very friendly. even gave me a ride home after dropping off my car.
