You don't have to make an appointment but it is highly recommended as your wait time could be anywhere from 5 minutes to a few hours depending on what the day's schedule looks like. The clinic only has 10-15 minutes to see a patient (assuming the patient isn't late) so if there are 3 appointments in an hour and all 3 appointments show up, it is very hard to fit a walk in into this time frame. The clinic will do everything in its power to see you as a walk in but you have to understand that appointments have to be seen on time so even if you think it's a "quick visit" or "just a covid test", unless you have an appointment you will have to wait.
