I was looking to buy expensive wig however when I got there the workers and female owner were very dry, no customer service or friendly so I left. As a business woman that’s not good so how will you guys fix that? Do better

I find it to be kinda self service meaning most walk in know what they want and pick it up the only people I find pleasent are the cashier's the owners seem too busy. Putting away inventory or spying on customers so it is kind of hard getting there attention

I go in there all the time,and everyone is always friendly and helpful, but that isn't the place to buy a wig just the hair for the wig,and you have to make the wig yourself or find someone that can do it for you.
