If your dog is friendly and don't cause problems or outright scare someone, I.e. a kid, etc.. It likely wont be a problem for you. Please make sure to clean-up after your animals at all times though and avoid letting them get loose or on to a soccer field for example. If you don't ever get any complaints, then you likely won't ever have a problem.
Going to have to agree with Justin on this, over the years I've seen many dogs at the complex and have never seen anyone ask them to leave but I'll also say that all the dogs I've seen have been lap size to smaller medium sized so I can't promise anything if you have a large dog
They say no but I see them there all the time. No one has ever asked one to leave while I was there! I used to bring my dog reffing.
