Clippard YMCA has three pools. The outdoor pool is split into 2 parts for lap swim and play. There's an indoor pool for lap swim and during certain times of the day parts of it is open for free play and then there's the indoor water park.

Yes. Usually it is split. Half lap swimming, the other half open swim. I always recommend calling first to make sure that it isn't being used for a class.
