Can you walk across the Roebling bridge today? July 29th

I have recently walked on this bridge and yesterday I passed near by this place and I saw people walking on this bridge. So based on that I would say walking us allowed today

I dont think they have started construction on it yet but when they do They will be shutting down one side at a time from what I understand that way you can still walk across it.. but I could be wrong .... the lady above or man said they were starting the construction. but I dont see them doing it today because all the stuff going on downtown.. but then again its monday and all that stuff is over so they probably did start work on the bridge
