I hate Knox Ford. Ridiculous oil change price compared to exact brand oil and includes filter etc $ 19.99. Just call them and ask how much they charge for a Lincoln MKZ. You will pass out it's so high. Also last oil change they broke my dip stick and did not tell me. When I went to Wal-Mart for the first time instead of them I watched them open the hood and they showed me the dip stick top was broken off so badly they could not remove the dipstick. The mechanic said it had to be broken on removal so the oil Probably was not even changed at all last time but I was charged. I called Knox and they would not correct the problem and hung up on me.And yes I was mad because the salesman kept pretending he could not call anyone to help when I knew for a fact from a previous issue he could.His avoidance is what made me angry.I had to take it to a specialty shop to get it out. Knox Ford wanted $27.00 for the MIX dip stick I got for $8.00 at the specialty shop.
With that as a down payment, they can put you in a great car for a lower payment. They really work hard to help you there. I recommend you at least go talk to them and see what they say. Worst case scenario, you leave the same as you arrived but I think if anyone can help you, it's going to be there
