A while back I asked the owners about the origins of the name and they said it refers to the large elephant looking creatures from The Lord of the Rings series.

Hi Peter. Though I can't say this with one hundred percent certainty, I don't believe so. As they've pictures or artwork of elephants throughout. I would think if there was a relation to Timothy, they would show that instead.
