Yes you can, the majority of branches have a key drop box, make sure you asked them if they have a dropbox.
Car has to be returned during business hours. You can arrange to drop at another location, but they can charge a fee if you don't arrange the change in advance. Sometimes they will waive the fee if you had to change locations due to things like bad weather or altered holiday hours.
