Hi I have a 2004 Jeep liberty and it failed 2 times.So I just let it seat I haven't driven it since October 6,2017.So the tags expired.Could it still be fixed and taken to the emission place.Even though the tags expired.Thank you.

I believe they will see it passes. You can get a 2 week extension for your tag as long as work is being done. Check with the DMV in Midlothian for that. You'll need to pull your plate and you'll have a paper notice to put in your window.
