I work in Eden Prairie and my co-workers and I have experienced the same issue many times. Today again they are not even answering the phone at 2am, so we won't even bother driving over. We always call first because of the amount of times we have had the groups order together got there to find them closed.

The drive through is open 24 hours. The lobby closes at 11 pm though.
