Why is this place so slow? I was @ 8am when they oorned & @ 10 am I'm still here. This is FOOLISHNESS , I now have cars that are in front of mine that SHOULD NOT BE, & this is not the 1st that they've been like this NEVER AGAIN

There's another wash on 63rd between Wabash and Michigan. They do a good job and it's not very busy. Express Car Wash Needs Better Management. I have experienced that very same thing.

Bring your lunch

They do a really good job, but plan on being there a while! I haven't been there as much lately because I don't have the time to spare now every week. Still one of the best hand car washes around though.
