Takes a half hour to answer the phone to be put on hold then 30 minutes to place the order then a 1hr and half for so total of two and a half hours just to get a pizza bad bad

I won't ever order from there again. MaMa's pizza?? They deliver?

I know that's why for me I hardly order their pizza because of that, And when I do I rather go there in person to put an order in that takes only 5 minutes wait in my car then pick it up which is the total time about 20_30 minutes, it's easier that way then over the phone and delivery which is just unacceptable, especially the one on saint Peter street, But the ones on the other locations especially on grand ave is much better and faster,

The only times I've had issues with the times ( both delivery and carryout) is Either A. When they were really Understaffed or B. It was a concert night at the Xcel and everyone was leaving a big one. Otherwise I've had average wait times sometimes it's even been really quick under 15 minutes for a medium and stuffed cheesy bread
