Security was awesome when I was there for the sold out Bleachers show in October. No problems whatsoever. They were actually pretty friendly. I made small talk with the guy working the door while standing in line; he crossed me as a normal human just doing his job. You should not have any problems whatsoever unless you make yourself stand out for all the wrong reasons. They did have numbers and size on their side, if someone wanted to cause problems I suspect justice would be swift!
Depends on who you're seeing. I went to a pop-punk concert and we had a lot of crowd surfing and moshpits. Security caught the people crowd surfing once they made their way to the front and put them down, but didn't stop the mosh pits...and for good reason. No way in hell do they get paid enough to try to stop a pit. I'm sure some comedy our country country concert is pretty tame. Another option is to simply stay out of the rowdy sections. It wasn't anything out if the ordinary when I went, even for a pop-punk concert.
I've been there for a few different genres of concerts. They do a really good job. Every once in a while you get some knuckleheads trying to start stuff but they get tossed pretty quickly. They are very reasonable as well. They let mosh pits go as long as they don't get to bad. Responsible moshing I guess you can call it lol. I've never heard anyone really complain. They were quick to toss people trying to be slick and light up as well.
Went to a country concert here, stood front row with out the pushing that you usually get up front. I dont know about the rock/rap scene.
