Everything at a pawn shop is negotiable. Just don't expect a lot of money for whatever you are trying to pawn as pawn shops or notorious for trying to buy things at 10 cents on the dollar. This pawn shop in my opinion is the best around. They have high-end items and a lot of brand new stuff. I have purchased several high-end laptops at a substantial discount. Their prices can usually be negotiated as well. Try to catch them during one of their sales and you can get a lot off of an item. One of the laptops I bought they actually gave me $150 discount on which was selling for well below the value of the item.
