How much is the site rent at Eagle Crest?

I remember when my father purchased hated when this park 1st opened and lot rent was like $190 a month , every year goin up $20 till he had enough , sold at a loss and bought a small lil house a recouped what he would of been paying in lot rent , when he left it was at like $400 I can imagine what it is now.
