Do they do backgrounds for warehouse positions? If so how far back and will they hire felons

You can Google RC more.com it tells you about the warehouse requirements but it does not say anything about background check but I am sure you will be drug tested but they are hiring It also says you will need a high school diploma or GED if I were you I would read their application which is on their website and go from there they also want one year I'm working in a warehouse environment
