If you have a service connected disability than you may come in and make purchases after clearing the vetting process at the main gate. If not then you unfortunately will not be able to come on the instillation or make any purchases from the Navy Exchange.
If it is still valid you will just need to show it at the gate, it enter the compound, and at checkout
