Perhaps because it was Mardi Gras day but it took one hour to get our order and when we did receive it it was incorrect. The nachos were wrong, beef instead of bean and cheese. The soup which we ordered did not come. The bowls missed 4 ingredient

I've only been there once, but I was pleased with the service. I didn't have to wait long and everything with my order was correct

Never had a real problem

I have always had good and proper service at that location there must have been something wrong or they were short-handed today

That's actually normal.

Shorthanded?

Maybe they partied to much but usually they are great hope you have a good experience next time give them a try
