Did you fill out a warranty card.
Thank you everyone but I had saved the money up and don't have a bank withdraw and he is saying everything is his I will just walk away with nothing but I learn alot
If you don't have a receipt and paid cash for something that far back. You are pretty out of luck. Unless Lowe's keeps the security footage that far back which I doubt.
I am not trying to prove to the store I bought it my old men is trying to take it from me and I came in the Burlington store and paid cash for it is there anyway the store can help me
Are you exchanging it, did the old one quit while still in warranty, are you wanting cash back? Those are the questions you need to answer. More people than you realize try to scam retailers with false information. This is why a receipt is necessary. If you have a canceled check or credit card statement showing the purchase, that might be sufficient for a store credit but probably not cash.
