You may want to stop into Ziebart and see if it needs to be calibrated again. That's just my suggestion. I hope it works out for you.
If you changed the battery it could be loose or, weaker because it is not the manufacturer's approved battery. Try reinstalling another battery and if that does not work, you would need a new remote.
