Being treated rudely at love's has been the exception and not the rule. I have been in trucking for 24 years and greater than 99.9% of the time I am treated good. Love's is like any other employer and hires Human Beings. Sometimes one with issues gets in. Next time you find a rude person anywhere offer to buy them s Snickers Bar.
Probably because they have to deal with all the negative truck drivers that are out there with the attitude that they come in with. But may personally I've never had a problem with anybody at love's and I stop at 2 or 3 different ones all the time so I don't know maybe change your perspective they might change there's
Well some say you get back what you put out but there are some people that work at a few loves truck stop that are very rude but a lot of them are very nice for the most part

well utmost my experience in love's i didnt see any issue i can complain besides i see beautiful smile and warm greeting for their employee
I have never had a problem at Love's. I always take a smile in with me and usually collect a few while I'm there. I've been driving for over 25 years and understand that those folks put up with a lot and have very little power to make things the way we want them to be. The best thing to do is to be nice.
Why did I even get ask Sara's?
Being fair to Sara she is right but it is not all Love's just some and it depends on the shift also. Note; their are rude employees all across this country and not just at Love's. We truck drivers have to deal with a lot more than rude customer service at a truck stop. To those who are making negative statements about truck drivers you must not be truck drivers.
