Most of the exhibits have stairs and/or rather steep ramps. Only the visitor centerbis wheelchair accessible.
The cave itself, no. The things aroubd the cave like the resturant, water park (across the street) and wine store are. For better detailed answers i would strongly suggest visiting the website and viewing their FAQs page
