Boot device error usually means a problem with a hard drive or ssd. Probably an HP computer. We can repair by replacing the hard drive or check to see if the drive is securely attached. We do not charge to give an estimate or diagnose the issue.
I have been to Netquest twice with 2 different computers and one they were able to fix and the other needed a new motherboard which I chose not to replace. They did not charge me for looking at the 2nd computer. My point is that they are competent and honest. When I googled them, they have been in business since 1996. And they have excellent reviews on Yelp and Google. I was very happy with their service and would go back again.
