My laptop has an issue that every now and then doesn't recognize my mic,can I take it there and see what's causing it? I already reset once and change drivers but still same problem

We would need to check drivers and additional programs installed that may cause conflict with the microphone. if the issue is intermittent, it will be harder to diagnose. My regular tech is on vacation until August and he would check mechanical issues, cables connections etc. I can check software and driver issues. We would be glad to look at it.

I would definitely take it here. The owner is very knowledgeable and polite.
