I believe what you are looking for is "Pollo A La Crema". I would call a couple of different places and see if they've heard of it, otherwise there are many recipes for it on line.
Have you tried Pepe's or La Fonda those will be the places I would try to get it
Never heard of it, but go try something new there, you might love it.
