According to the Home Depot Web site, in store you can get 1 ft, 2 ft, 4 ft, and 10 ft pieces of rebar. Singles with bundles of 6 or more, for less per piece.
Most of what they sell I think is 12 inch and 24 inch bundles with 6 in each bundle
