Yes you will. You'll have to have all of the approved documents in hand before you will be seen. Check online for approved documents and address change information as well. Hope this works!
Absolutely! If you get pulled over and your address doesn't match, they can ticket you. Happened to me. I got my address changed before my court date so they dropped the "charge". Save yourself some time and hassle and do as the other individual said in her comments.
