They're making people pay for parking now if you use the garage next door. It was free for years. Best bet for free parking now is to park down the street (cherry?) That runs in front of the frat houses.
They have garage parking for a fee. I believe it is $10 for covered parking.
No, it's all open parking lots as far as I know.
