Id like to know how someone out on probation stays out on probation without a job( unless you call bumming money at wal-mart a job) hasn't paid there court cost and fines or there monthly supervision fee homeless, and has already gotten 2 dirty piss

I don't know it's not right if that was me I'd be in the jail but some people get by with everything I'll never understand it they should be in jail when your on probation your are to have a job I dont know who but if I did I'd call them and find out why he or she isn't in trouble
