Trail is 1.2 or1.8 miles very nice area to walk.the walking bridge over the water was great my wife and grandkids enjoyed it very much
I would imagine that from the dam restaurant to the harbor would be less than a half mile.
Not very my husband and have walked it several times, and I'm not a walker at all. I don't know the feet.
