Not sure on the tattoo cost. I only got a dermal Platinum Ink. However if you're getting a tattoo ask for Drew he's very good at both piercings and tattoos. Hope this helps.
Depends on what you want and who you go to. Prices can vary quite a bit. Call ahead and ask the store what they charge, on average. A lot of people charge by the hour.
Most artists have there own prices, you would just have to look over there work and ask the one that does work you like.
I think it depends on the size and design. You might just have to go in and ask.
