I would go to a real tattoo shop. Ive heard nothing but bad things about thier tattoos and piercings. Also, if you're trying to find a price on a sleeve or half sleeve its really gonna be more determined by the complexity of the art (like how much detail, colors, shading, etc.) rather than the size or location on the body.
