Amend park is owned by the City of Billings. The land and usage is managed by the department of parks and recreation. There are several sponsors at Amend park. Businesses can donate money to the city to support funding of maintenance of the park. The companies can have A portion of the park (fields) named after them on honor of they financial contribution.
