You go in with your mask on. You pay. You go sit at a table, which are physically distanced. A server comes and takes your drink order. You get in an entrance to a section for food. A worker comes over with a plate. You tell them, as you go through the section, what food you want. When you are finished choosing, they hand you the plate of food. You go back to your table, take off your mask and eat. This is done for each section of food.
It's really quite a good change to accommodate the health restrictions.
