You have to call the 1-800-GOFEDEX for scheduling and rate quotes for same day city delivery. The local centers don't have anything to do with it.
They do but very very expensive and has to go through homeland security scrutiny I believe due to policies enacted after 9-11... If I remember correctly as being quoted for an envelope package being around $400 back then... I went overnight for $25 instead. Lol
