hello my name is liz Ritchie and I was wondering if there was a waiting list I have come to a situation where my previous roommate move out without paying her half of the rent and now I am facing an eviction notice I am a mother of two children.

Hi Liz, Yes our complex does have a waiting list, im not sure how far ahead it is right now. Come in and fill out an application anyway so you get a headstart. Its a nice place to live. Ive been here nearly 14 years. we have all ages here with a variety of disabilities, but we have a wonderfl community spirit. We are #1 in being a volunteering community. People helping people here! We have many activities and educational presentations, and we have service coordinators. We do have a few children here but only because of a necessary situation... No babies.

I turned in my paperwork today. Met Linda out by the gardens. Very friendly people. The yards were immaculate. Appears to be a safe neighborhood for walking. Oh! Listen to this! There is a transit bus for "Shopping" whoop whoop! God Bless Heather Nelson Violinist
