Why is it that everything is served in plastic and Styrofoam and plastic utensils are used? The answer that “it’s cost effective” is no longer acceptable. The Cole slaw had a chemical taste perhaps from sitting in styrofoam. Environmental disaster

Styrofoam is an industrial product for building insulation. Polystyrene is what cheap food containers are made of.

They are ranked the best BBQ in all of Montana. The ribs were fantastic. Getting my potato salad in a styrofoam cup did not bother me a bit.
