It is usually a short wait . As Arnold has stated, depends on your symptoms . Also It comes down schedling .
It depends on time of day and amount of patients but I have always felt we were taken care of in a timely manner regardless of why we were there. It ranks above many others in the area in my opinion.

HORRIBLE! find another hospital any other hospital but them they are a joke! I feel bad for the over worked short handed staff!!
This E.R. is terrible when it comes to processing you and getting you in to see anyone. I have been to this ER 4 times twice for critical reasons and twice for really bad work related injuries. 3 times I spent over 3 hours in the emergency room and even longer to see a doctor once getting into the Emergency room and the 4th time just recently I was never seen at all and had to leave to go another E.R. Henry Ford is good if you have a GP you really like but dont Waste your time coming to this hospital for emergencies they are consistently understaffed and most of the time you will not see an actual doctor just an NP who then still has to wait on the ok from an actual doctor before they can treat you anyways. The ERs at Henry Ford are Terrible!
The wait time is ridiculously long to get OUT of the hospital.
Multiple occasions,, 9-11 hrs in the ER hallway before ER bay, and another who knows until you get a room. Horrid, cannot understand how they pass JC.
Depends on seriousness of condotiony
I called before we came and they told us 3 hours.
