Yes you can camp at Frome park no reservation, no cost, lots of camping with fire pits,it's maybe 30 mins from cliff and wade lake. I'daho side

Pretty sure all the camping on Cliff Lake is first come first serve. Not sure about Wade Lake

Good luck getting a spot at Wade and Cliff. They are popular places to camp. I think they are both first come, first serve. I could be wrong though.
