Once they get your money, they really don't care about you.
It's a nice place. Workers are professional and friendly. I just hate the wait. At least there was free coffee lol
They're dealership has grown way to big, they just dont care once you sign for the vehicle. They do not care, to big. I will never go back after many vehicles, gets worse and worse

Dealerships usually have more pride in their work and generally look things over better. Want a 20 minute oil change, go to a quick change place. When mechanics and technicians are forced to hurry, things tend to get missed, overlooked, or done sloppily. Over tightened (or under tightened) drain pan bolts for example. It happens, but it is less likely to happen when you aren't squeezing a job into the tightest time constraints you can. I used to do oil changes for a rental car company, and i took around an hour per car, just to make sure everything was properly inspected, lubed, tightened, cleaned, and my paperwork was properly filled. By all means, go to a small quick change place, they usually do well, but i have witnessed improperly tightened drain plugs that 'fall out' when you drive away. Id rather spend one hour than deal with having a blown engine.
That's how dealership work. I never go to a dealership for oil changes. Waste of my life
Even when they had the 30 minute guarantee it was 60 minutes. The guarantee meant nothing. A gimmick.
$30 for a Dexos oil change is a great price. Having to wait more than an hour, with an appointment makes it not worth it.
I'm new to Michigan have not been living here for more than a year I'm from New York originally but I worked for Chevy Ford and Nissan dealerships by the time I get the the keys for a car to do an oil change there is paperwork involved that took about 20 minutes to do and then I have to fill out my paperwork and we have to check out the car we have to see if the wheels in the tie rods in the belts and nothing to leaking from your car all together an oil change takes about 45 minutes
