Hello my fiancee had broken jaw surgery a few months back and he still has his bars in his mouth and we don't have insurance to get the bars removed do you guys do that type of work and do guys you charge?

Unfortunately no. The surgeon who did the surgery should remove them as part of the pre-op follow up. He/she is responsible fo that.
