It depends. They charge by the hour. I just rented the community room for a birthday party and it is $20/hour during business hours. If you want to stay later, the hourly cost is higher because they have to pay someone extra to staff the building. I paid an extra $25 fee because I want to use the kitchen also. Someone was renting the gym for an open house and I believe the charge was $25/ hour. Call and talk to them or better yet, go to the center. You can walk around and see which room would best suit your needs!
