Yes. Not the elusion there's assistance and give access where those in need will know where to go.
Absolutely. There also needs to be an overall restructuring of how the assistance provider's use the position given them. Unfortunately, all homeless prevention service's gave veen lumped together through one agency in each county and has created "God like) power to these agencies...they (agencies) also have no level of accountability for their missuse and abuse of those clients they are supposed to be assisting.
