Sorry to hear this, Richard; we've been going to that particular location for a while, and never had any problems...maybe you can try their location on 7-mile/Meyers... or else try them again on a different day...sometimes, even professionals can have an off day. Try to go on a Sunday(it's Beef Ribs day!)!!!
