At this time, I think the waiting list is closed. I've been living here for 23 years. Keep a lookout in the newspaper s because other cities will usually announce when they have the waiting list open. Good Luck. Don't limit yourself to just Dearborn, check out other cities as well. They are a low income based apartment complex but there is a waiting list call and see if it's open or not and try to be put on they only have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments or townhouses
