Yes. But not for an exact time. You call in & give your preferred time. You are to arrive 15 min prior to your Reservation. Upon arrival, you are given a beeper. You will be beeped for your table in order of arrival among others that requested that time. They are usually on schedule & you are seated close to your requested time. You don't want to go there without a Reservation. You don't get a beeper & are given lowest priority to be seated.

I personally was able to make a reservation on mother's day last year so it's possible. Just call them and they'll let you know if you need to or not. Sometimes they'll just tell you that there are enough open tables. Hope this helps.
No they don't take reservations but they have call ahead seating which means they put your name on the waitlist and your weight is not as long as it would normally be
